Website terms of use
The plain rules for using this website, our text and the photos on it. For payments, changes and cancellation, see the booking terms.
About these terms
This website is run by Backbeat Roads LLC, 1012 Division Street, Suite 204, Nashville, TN 37203. By using it you accept these terms. Bookings are covered by our separate booking terms, and your details by our privacy policy.
Using the site
You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own trip planning. Please do not copy the site or large parts of it, scrape it with automated tools, try to break into it or use it to send spam.
Prices, dates and tour details
We keep prices, dates, seats and programs up to date and check them often. Hotels, venues and artists do change, though, so a tour is only booked once a travel advisor has confirmed the price and the date to you in writing and we have your deposit. If we ever show a wrong price by mistake, we will tell you before you pay and you can walk away at no cost.
Our content and the photos
The text, the logo, the maps we drew and our own photos belong to Backbeat Roads LLC. You may quote short parts with a link back to the page.
Many photos on this site come from Wikimedia Commons and belong to their photographers, who share them under Creative Commons or public domain licenses. Each one is credited, with its license and a link to the original file, on our photo credits page. If you want to reuse one, take it from the original file and follow its license. If you think a photo is credited wrongly, write to us and we will fix it or take it down.
Links to other websites
We link to museums, venues, festivals and Wikimedia Commons because they are useful to travelers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or how they handle your data.
Our responsibility for the site
We write every page with care, but the site is offered as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using the site or by relying on general information on it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law, and our responsibility for your tour is set out in the booking terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute about the website goes to the state or federal courts in Davidson County, Tennessee, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the site changes; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Questions go to [email protected].
