Private group tours and custom music trips

Private group tours start from any trip on this site: it can run privately for two or more on the dates you choose, and we design tours for groups of eight or more: music clubs, school and church choirs, alumni associations, bands and families.

Private tours

Any route, just for you

A private tour follows one of our itineraries, or a mix of two, on your own dates, with a tour leader and a driver for your party alone. You choose the pace, the shows and how late the nights go.

Private tours suit couples celebrating something, families with grown children, travelers with limited mobility, and fans who want a whole day on one artist. Prices depend on the season and the size of the party; we quote within two business days.

Groups of eight or more

Tours for music clubs, choirs and bands

Our groups desk plans tours for associations and families: a gospel choir singing at a Sunday service in Memphis, a high school jazz band sitting in at a New Orleans club, a guitar society with a day at a Muscle Shoals studio. We handle the hotels, the vans, the guides and the sessions or concerts you need.

The group leader travels free for every twelve paying guests, and we send a planning pack with a budget, a draft program and the dates that work best for your cities.
